I'm curious to hear as well, I saw it on eBay and almost ordered the 100 but decided to do some research on it first. I was crushed when I saw it was a jigging reel with no brakes...

I got to play with one the other day at southwestern parts in Dallas and I liked it. They only got five in and it was the slower gear model. It felt like butter and it palmed really well for me. I'ze light brass replacement gears?
Does anyone know which reels or if there even a USDM reel that the parts will interchange with the I'ze light, specifically the drive and pinion gears?

I agree, the past couple of years have left me wanting pretty much nothing... I think the only thing I bought from last years icast was a Pixy type R... The only thing that got my attention this year was the megabass rods...

I think it's a major f-up to not include the quick access sideplate. Makes the VBS a bit of a non-feature. Agreed.... I was looking forward to trying one but I think I'll pass.
