Re: 2014 JDM Daiwa Millionaire

I'm curious to hear as well, I saw it on eBay and almost ordered the 100 but decided to do some research on it first. I was crushed when I saw it was a jigging reel with no brakes... :crying:

I'ze light brass replacement gears?

Does anyone know which reels or if there even a USDM reel that the parts will interchange with the I'ze light, specifically the drive and pinion gears?

Thanks!

Re: ICAST 2012 - A Big Disappointment

I agree, the past couple of years have left me wanting pretty much nothing... I think the only thing I bought from last years icast was a Pixy type R... The only thing that got my attention this year was the megabass rods...

Re: TT Exclusive: The First Look Inside the Shimano Calcutta

I think it's a major f-up to not include the quick access sideplate. Makes the VBS a bit of a non-feature. Agreed.... I was looking forward to trying one but I think I'll pass. I tired of the Japanese manufacturers keeping the best stuff in Japan and sending us the watered down versions or not gett...

I actually appreciate the information provided. I have been very close to purchasing a recon, however I have now browsed 3 threads on this site alone regarding broken recons. That does not include the same breakage issue I have read on reviews from various dealer web sites. Yes, the issue should ob...
