Re: Where to buy spool bearings?

Thank you! That appears to be my best option right now. Also, I can't find much info on what size spool bearings I need for my old Team Daiwa Fuego (the red ones). I think these are correct: 5x11x4 3x8x4 Can anyone confirm? Thanks I never had this reel, but what i google it at Boca website - this i...

You can order directly from Hedgehog Studio website.
They do ship to the United States.

Re: Steez A II Tws

What would be performance difference when I use an identical spool in Steez A II vs 2021 Zillion TW?
What one reel will do better what other won't?

They are basically reacting to an increase in Fedex pricing and higher fuel costs.
Price of oil and fuel cost actually recently went down. I pay locally for gas $2.6 per gallon.
I guess oil prices went down from $110 to $76. Fedex suppose to decrease prices.

Re: 2023 Kaleidos—the war gazelle

I agree with Cranky, it’s always helpful to know about graphite a rod manufacturer uses. This is why I stopped buying Megabass rods, bc who knows what material they utilize in rods made in China or Vietnam.

Re: Applaud mono lines

I use Applaud GT-R 20lb for big top water lures, and love it.
Really strong line.

Personally I think everyone should own at least one Antares A too and they are priced the lowest I've ever seen right now.
Dan,

Have you tried new Bantam? If yes, can you compare Antares and Bantam?
Thanks

Another good bait - Jackall Revoltage RV DriftCraw

This one is pretty heavy.

This one looks great. Can you cast far with a baitcaster?
It does not cast very far vs Ika or Cover Craw, I use it on Megabass FX68 reel, 10 lb line, casts OK.

I have this bait - Jackall Rhythm Mag 4.5" and it slides back very well.

Re: Your Favorite Hardbait Company

For me, I would say Jackson. They have a WIDE variety of lures. I do a lot of stream trout fishing as well as lake fishing for bass and panfish. I found there is a hardbait for every situation. Paint quality is good, good hooks/split rings, variety of sizes most times and, prices are pretty good fo...

Re: Your Favorite Hardbait Company

I like them all, every company makes some gems, however, if I have to pick only one - Megabass for me. Top water lures one of the best, jerkbaits probably the best, crankbaits are really good.

Re: Evergreen Giant Direwolf

Nice reading! Thanks!
I own the Orion "The Throne" 1-10Oz OCSC-711XX rod, and this is a great swimbait, a-rig, big spoon rod for open water.
Looking now for a rod for more accurate shorter casting, can't decide between The Black Rose 71H+ or the Giant Direwolf.

Great job! Especially catching that bass on a 15lb PE line.
Where did you catch it? In Indiana?
