Do you guys think the champ is worth the upgrade? TW has a killer deal at $120 for sierras right now, but i have been eyeing a champ 734 for a while. Will be an all purpose rod.

Maybe a new rod series/ The expride has been a home run so it wouldn't be surprising for them to add a new higher end rod.

Does anyone have experience with the new Orochi XX braillist? Seems like a more bottom contact oriented version of the EMTF. how might it compare to a DX744?

The bait monkey has started biting and I am getting curious about some of the rods in the 250-300 price point, for an all purpose rod in the 7-73 range, with the potential to handle keitechs, jigs, texas rigged craws, etc. I am most interested in -Expride 72mh -Champion XP 734(probably full handle) ...

The Citica is definetly due for an update, though that isn't exactly the finesse reel they are talking about.
