Re: Point Blank PB731MHXF
Pleased you're pleased 5bites. Strongly recommend the KR Concept for POINT Blank to truly maximize all the weight/sensitivity features packed into these blanks. Let me know if we can help.

Re: Point blank measurement chart
Estimate around .75 mm drop in diameter over the first 12 - 14 inches of the butt. That's about a close as we can get due to other changing parameters.

Re: Point Blank PB731MHXF
The POINT Blank guy is here 5bites and I hope we have resolved your issue after your calls. I re-measured 3 of the PB731MHXF blanks on Monday and they are very close to what we have published on the http://www.pointblankrods.com website. I will admit that they tend to have more power than we have pu...

Re: Scrimless NFC
POINT Blank™ is made in China, but it's not a "puppy mill" blank coming out of Weihai, it's made a thousand miles from there by a very well respected "breeder".

New Fuji K-Series Gunmetal with Slim SiC rings would match up beautifully with the marbled seat. Looks like a perfect match in your photo.

Re: Delta blanks
POINT Blank™ has an exclusive relationship with a factory that makes an international brand and doesn't roll any "bulk" blanks for sale to the masses. Further, POINT Blank™ is not a "stock" item from that factory. It is made on custom mandrels and not available to anyone but Anglers Resource®. When ...

Re: Spiral wrapped guides and fluoro
The stiffness of FC is what lead Fuji to call the KR Concept a "braid" concept. Too much variation brand to brand in the way FC performs with smaller guides (spiral or not) for them to feel fully comfortable recommending micros for FC. I tend to be "extra careful" with FC above 8# and even then will...

Re: Chinese and Japanese Character Decals
A vector file is about math, not pixels. It can be printed at 1/4-inch diameter or enlarged to the side of a semi and will not lose any resolution. Order your signature hanko, it will probably be a stamp. Stamp it on a piece of white paper and do a close-up phone pic. Hand that off to someone who kn...

Re: Chinese and Japanese Character Decals
Most Japanese have a signature "hanko" reserved for important documents like mortgages etc. There are all kinds of online sources for these stamps - search hanko. Once you buy your custom hanko you should be able to have someone convert it to a vector art file and send it directly to a custom decal ...

Re: Fuji Ultra Poly Thread
I've done numerous sample sticks for factories since the thread came out and I know this for sure...Ultra POLY will not darken or lose color as much as nylon when coated. Sounds like a little thing, but nylon really darkens a lot when it soaks up finish. Especially in the blues and greens. Ultra POL...

Re: Fuji's new thinner SIC insert
toddmc, think of ALCONITE as a Toyota Camry and TORZITE as a Lexus LS. Both great cars, both made in Japan. One with a little more attention to detail, better engineering and premium materials.

Re: Torzite grooving?
This post was started over a year ago and we are still waiting patiently for ANY TORZITE guide on ANY rod from anywhere on the planet to be sent back to the factory or to us here in the USA with evidence of grooving. Bantam's post may have been sincere, but the information he conveyed was obviously ...
