Re: Customs fees?
I just bought my third JDM reel from Japan Tackle, all shipped EMS and they were all delivered by the USPS and no customs fees yet.

Re: Does a box matter to you?
I am glad to see that I am not the only one that cares about the boxes and the contents of the boxes. I have one reel without the box, a JDM 05' Calcutta 100.

Re: Parts numbers needed
I have tried a Curado 50E brass washer, BNT4151, and it doesn't work. I get side to side knob movement with the Curado washer. you could always try doubling up on that washer if there's too much lateral play... I put 3 of the 50E washers on it and it did not help. It's not the thickness of t...

Does a box matter to you?
When buying a pre-owned JDM reel,or any reel, will you buy it if it doesn't have the box and the contents of the box? The box is important to me. The box that the Shimano Conquest comes in is a beautiful gold box with the reels serial # on it. If it doesn't have the box, I would really think twice a...

I have a HobbyTown where I go for stuff they are a national chain so may be one near you. You know the size of that washer? Just ...

Not using cork is the only reason that I don't buy Shimano rods now. Thanks!

Parts numbers needed
I need the part numbers for the brass washer that goes in the handle knob of a CTE100GT and the part number for the slotted nut (regular threads)that threads onto the shaft. I have tried a Curado 50E brass washer, BNT4151, and it doesn't work. I get side to side knob movement with the Curado washer....

Re: First JDM reel purchases- only buying 3. Help please??
1. Conquest 50: You can put plenty of 12# line on a Conquest 50. On a 7' medium action rod, it will have no problem with an un-weighted Super Fluke or Trick Worm.
