Hang in there someone will get you squared away! From my understanding once you get used to how it loads it does become a fine moving bait as well as bottom contact rod but I have no personal experience with this Rod although it's on my Big Board of free agents to go after :lol:

I was still doing this minus the getting the line wet. Took the kiddo out for his first yak trip! He loves it thankfully :big grin: sorry didn't mean to get the thread off track :laugh1:

Had some pics in another thread but here is a decent comparison. Royal purple HHS parts and IOS Factory knobs. Lighting not cooperating very well today bit you can see the deeper purple.
