Re: Chronarch/Curado/Citica long run prediction...

Ya know I think I'll just get me some of those big paddle handles and put them on my 50MG's and stay old school awhile longer. Although I might go for an old Curado 50 when the dust settles on all this. I'm gonna be looking for D5 and D7's too; and will just keep maintaining my Chronarch B's.

Weibe Handles Loomis

Am I correct that Loomis made all the rods in the MBR series in the Weibe handle at one time ? How long ago did they drop this handle ? I much prefer this handle style and am looking for a MBR 844 Weibe handle in GLX.

Re: Senko Rod

My choice of reels will be 50MG Tuned, Scorpion 1000, Core and D7. Probably a D7 and I'll use braid pound test as the conditions dictate with flouro leader. Although those Scorpions are sweet when it comes to the lighter stuff.

Senko Rod

I'm wanting a new rod !! Currently using a BCR 853 GLX for weightless 5" and a Steez 711Compile X for weighted 5" . But I'm wanting something with a little more length and more power for heavy cover applications and a rod that would double for 1/8 and 1/4 jIgs in the same heavy cover. I would also p...

Sustain Handles

Will the new handles fit on corresponding models of older Sustains ? Specifically the 4000 and 2500 FB ? Each a separate handle I assume ?

50MG conversion to 5:1 ratio

Is there a gear set available to convert a 50MG to 5:1 for a light weight cranking reel for small crankbaits ?

Re: Which one would you pick?

I am Shimano ! The Scorpion 1000 4x4 is my choice for light baits, use mine for weightless senkos, 1/8 oz jigs and trick worms and have them paired with a BCR853 GLX and a Cumulus 7 footer. Sweet outfits !!!!!!!

BCR 803 and BCR 853

Both rods in GLX. Tell me what I can't do with the 853 that the 803 does ? Both paired with tuned 50MG's.
