The Ocea Calcutta 200HG was on my want list a while back. I think it's a great looking reel but it does hold less line than the regular Calcutta.

I agree with the spool laying flat is not the best way to put line on your spoil. I'll bet that they are not thinking about people spoiling it that way either. I will pass along your comments.
