Re: Tackle warehouse + tatula rods

I sure hope that was incorrect info because I was just getting ready to pull the trigger on a couple of them.

Re: LAMIGLAS INFINITY

dragon1, I couldn't agree more with the marketing and advertising or should I say lack of. I really feel they have a winner with the Infinity, I just wish they would dump some money into marketing these and expanding the line up. I thought for sure when David Dudley came aboard that it was the start...

Re: LAMIGLAS INFINITY

I don't have an actual weight of the rod. It feels a hair lighter than my DX's. I have fished the XMG50 blanks and I don't care what type of graphite the Infinity's are made of, to me they are way more sensitive than the XMG's

Re: LAMIGLAS INFINITY

I have a 724 casting and a 703 spinning rod. These rods are truly amazing. I mainly fish Dobyn's DX's and the Infinity is a little more senstive IMO. They are extremely light and nice crisp actions. The handle takes a little getting used to, but after fishing with it for a couple of months, I actual...

Re: Rogue rods...

It is a pretty decent blank. I used to be on their prostaff many years ago before they decided to basically ignore the bass fishing scene. I would say it compares to a Loomis IMX as far as power. Full cork, nothing flashy as far as cosmetics go, but very solid rod. I went to Dobyns after the Rogues ...

Re: Lamiglas Infinity

Well I finally got my hands on one of these at the outdoors show yesterday. All I have to say is WOW!!! These things are so light, it doesn't seem like it could handle the weight the rod is rated for. The weird handle is actually very, very comfortable, at least for me it was. They only had the 735 ...

Re: Lamiglas Infinity

I have been told that the blanks are available, or at least will be. I guess Anglers Work Shop, which is right next to the Lamiglas headquarters has them for purchase. They do not have them online yet, only the Infinity fly blanks.

Re: Lamiglas Infinity

I've only had the chance to play around with the salmon/steelhead models featuring the same grips and design. Nobody around here is carrying them in stock yet, and I have to wait until after Christmas to order one from T.W. The rod I was playing with honestly felt lighter than my 7' rods. I believe ...

Lamiglas Infinity

Anyone played around with one of these yet? They are creating quite a buzz up here in the Northwest.

Re: Favorite dropshot weight

http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/West_Coast_Tackle_QuickDrops_Drop_Shot_Weight/descpage-WCQD.html I read an article from GYCB on these weights and so far so good. These are IMO the best available. They are readily available up here and seem to come through the rocks better than most. Marc Marcantonio...

Re: Rogue rods??

I was sponsored by Rogue a about 5 years ago and I would personally put them between an IMX and GLX. Closer to the IMX. Good solid blanks for sure. My big problem with Rogue is their lack of vision towards the bass market. They really cater to the salmon/steelhead guys. About the only rod in their l...

Re: Your favorite technique for bronzebacks?

I have found myself using football heads more and more the last couple of years. I like to put a hula grub or sweet beaver on them. I use 3/4oz heads mostly, but also go up to 1oz. or down to 1/2oz. depending on depth. I am super stoked to try the new Sweet Kinky Beaver. They should load the boat!
