I'd get the Steez CT and buy a cheap chinese shallow spool.No way I'll ever pay the money Daiwa is asking for their top of the line reels.

So I glued the magnet to the plastic inner ring and the spool spins much longer now when the dial is set at 2 and on longcast mode.Thanks guys.

Yes you are correct.There are no indentations on the magnets and only the inner ring rotates unlike most if not all other daiwa mag systems where the outer ring rotates.That being said I could glue the inner mag ring to the plastic ring but i'm guessing the two rings(the magnet ring and plastic ring...

There is only one groove on the inner plastic ring and none on the actual outer magnet ring.

No the 3 settings on the bottom of the side plate work fine,it's the 20 click dial on the palm plate that is half broken

The plastic drum turns but the magnet stays put and doesnt turn with the plastic drum.I'm thinking maybe I could just put some epoxy and glue the two parts together.

I found the problem on the reel,the center magnet on the magforce 3D system doesnt move when I turn the dial.Any tips or advice in how to fix this problem?
