I have a DX 742 sf and I am looking for a rod in the Champion lineup that is a little stiffer. would a 702sf fit the bill.

I have the x10 and 704cb, they both will work for what you have listed. The x10 has the softer tip and the 704cb is more sensitive imo.

I am looking for input on which model would be best for squarebills like a 1.5 and would load up good on a roll type cast with spinnerbaits in the 3/8oz range.

Does this line lose its color like the other colors. I am looking for something easy to see when using a flourocarbon leader. The local shops do not carry Power Pro in yellow.

I have a 704 glass and in certain situations I wish the rod was a little more stiff ( kinda hard to explain ) . I do not have a dealer to compare so was looking for some input on actions between the two.

I was looking for info on the Dobyns Champion 704cb , does the glass and graphite model have the same action or is the glass softer.
