Re: ZPI sticker?
Also I wonder what the chances are that he can score a green(I forget the actual term for this color) ZPI spool. There are actually a couple of "green" ZPI spools.. the one you want is the MJR. THAT'S THE ONE!!! I know they've been out of production for a while, but man what a sweet looking spool. ...

Re: ZPI sticker?
Tony, email Yamada-san , if you need his address let me know. If anybody can get his hands on them it will be him. Hey Gambler. I don't why I didn't think of that. Over tired I guess. I'll contact him and see if he can get them. Also I wonder what the chances are that he can score a green(I forget ...

Re: ZPI sticker?
i got one w/ my NIB RC-601RR spool... That's what I figured. You must have to go all out and get a ZPI spool to score the sticker. Hmmm. That's the last piece of tune gear I need for my 103ML and I wasn't planning on getting one either, but if that what it takes... 8-) Does any have one ...

ZPI sticker?
This is a pretty silly question, but I have bought a few ZPI parts past and present and have never received one of those nice red clear domed ZPI stickers. I take it they don't include those in the packaging? Where do I get one?
Re: Goodies
Both. How else would he have gotten the picture of the tackle.raul wrote:Don´t know which one you were expecting more, the camera or the tackle.

Re: Megabass blank supply problem
Now to the japan anglers credit they never pay full retail , and never pay over full retail like we do. However, I bet money they are still feeling it. Oh no doubt. It's global for sure, but I think due to importation we feel it the most here in the US. China being the least affected. I hope I didn...

Re: Ultimate Tuner Reel
I have one or two old TD-X laying around , what could be to it, B Depends on how in love you are with the reels. I have a TD-S 103HL that I absolutely love. It's a little heavy and bulky, but it pitches and flips very well and fits my hand to a T. Even though it's an older(discontinued), inexpensiv...

Re: Megabass blank supply problem
Yes...and the military's appetite for Boron is even worse. no doubt.. there are a few boron rods I want that are 6 months out min. at this point. One thing too, has everybody noticed the price increases for JDM rods since 2005, or has that been overlooked because of the weak yen. The 5% hike just l...

Re: Flick Shake Technique
I don't care for the flick shake technique either. My go to for bass is the wacky rig, but I like to use a finish nail cut to length for fall rate. Seems a slow fall rate is better when wacky rigging.

Re: help with tdz upgrades
I just noticed this thread. The Zs are sweet right out of the box. Remember, before their discontinuation(not so long ago) they were Daiwas top reel before the Steez. Even by 2007 standards they still have top end components inside and out from the factory. With that said... One upgrade the Z...
