Of the baitcaster reels I use, I would likely say that either my Viento or my Supertuned Advantage is probably my 'worst'.

You should only relube the washers if they were lubed to begin with. If they are a dry washer system, you should keep them dry. The ACS are very much a personal taste that seem to polarize people. Based on the way I palm reels, I absolutely love them! I find them very comfortable, but that is only for my style. I think you gotta go and feel them for yourself to figure out which side of the fence you lie on.
