Re: Millionaire CT SV reel
I still think that is such a shame because my Luna 103 + SLP Steez 105 spool is killerrrrr for crankbaits and the like. It took some upgrades besides the spool to get it there and I was hoping the CT would represent something similar out if the box. Of course, I wouldn't want to go below 1/4oz with ...

I won't pass on another one. I totally get why there are guys out there with a dozen on these things now.

Re: Tackle Tour LIVE
I could host the watch this backlash special! Wind here has been fierce (15-25 with gusts over 35). I had two reels blow up on me bad last weekend  It was super windy when I went out Sunday, and I can say that both the NRC001-M (and presumably PG) and Daiwa SV Light spools are both incredible ...

You know you have a light outfit when it just floats in the air. Nice stuff Poison! 8-) :big grin: Thanks. I got that blue spool and couldn't fight the compulsion to customize the reel around it. Now I either need a violet PG for it or a red PG for the red one. https://i.postimg.cc/Xq4LvX...

That confused me at first too, but he's saying any Pixy other than the SPRCarlos Carrapiço wrote: ↑Mon Oct 21, 2019 3:56 pmThe PX SPR doesn't have other compatible spools unless one changes the breaking system.

Re: Getting into BFS
∆∆∆ Sound advice on the rod and line. I would think however that finding a used Alphas or SS Air would be easier and ultimately less expensive than a Pixy, especially since there will be no need to change the spool or bearings which, mark my words, you will want to do with the Pixy. Just my 2¢.

Re: Fragment factory
Those do look pretty sick! They're not just ridiculously overpriced, either. I just picked one to look at and the ZeroKelvin is an 8'5" spinning rod with AGS guides (which is interesting all on its own) for ¥60k.

Re: Lets see all them Daiwa's
You've got all the flavors! Looking good. I just snagged my first off the classifieds, will be here next week! All except the 5.5. I do want one, but I really don't need it. You'll love it. Didn't you also get a PG spool? I want one of those too, in red. The blue one I gave is the M version and it'...

Re: Lets see all them Daiwa's
Very nice! Some flavors there. How's the zpi spool run in zillion sv tw? It's great! I intended to drop it in an OG Steez, but they just didn't want to play nice at all. I'm using it with 12# sniper on a 6'7" MH. I had to use the thicker palm plate spacer for sale at the tackle Trap to center the s...

Re: Favorite EWG Flipping Hook
The hayabusa hooks are good I’ve started using the brand and really have not thought much about gammy’s or any other EWG. I just bought some killer looking 3/32oz football jigheads by Hayabusa yesterday. Can't wait to slap a 3" easy shiner on one and see how long it takes to get smacked. Might go d...

Re: Lets see all them Daiwa's
Here's a TD-S that I recently acquired from another member here (got it for spinnerbaits). I updated it a little bit. TD-Z spool, swept Zaion drag star and 100mm handle with new Steez knobs. I added a couple bearings inside, also. I know it's not the latest and greatest, but it performed flawlessly...
