I'd say yes its compatible.. but i dont think the TD V 103HI has a clicking dragstar :( so you would lose out on that feature. I've got a TD BW2 and i could not stand the cheap black plastic star drag on it and handle so i changed the star drag from a pinnacle matrix2 which had a aluminum clicking s...

Found one of the 7'6 flippin sticks as BPS today. It retracts to just under 6'3.
