Are you fishing it like a jerkbait or crankbait? I have one but have never thrown it. I believe it’s one of those hybrid jerkbait/crankbaits.

Re: Dep evoke zero
I believe the 120 retails for $49.99 and the 150 for $59.99. I really wanted a bone 120 but had to settle for sexy Shad since the bone was sold out everywhere. I heard these won’t be back in stock until spring so expect prices to stay flat or increase on resale the channels. The 150 size is supposed...

Looking for one of these rods in 8' or 8'6 length and medium power. I saw some on auction sites that are overpriced. They seem to be sold out on all of the JDM websites. Any ideas where I can find one?

Gary how is the 79H for pitching/flipping jigs and plastics? i find myself wanting one of each of the 21 steez rods ](*,) I can't wait for my BCII to arrive so i can compare it to the original, which is my favorite rod to date. Anyone fishing these? I just put two on order. I've been meaning to get some for a while and had to pick up some other stuff so I added them to the order. Coincidentally, Tactical Bassin happened to recently do a video mentioning them in the Junebug color and that color sold out everywhere  The...

Re: The search for one (Lipless) Megabass Orochi xx EMTF vs Destroyer Javelin
I don’t own any Orochi but I have the FMJ, Otomat and Javelin and the Javelin is my favorite. I use it for mid to deep cranking and swimbaits on jigheads like keitech 3.8-4.8 on 3/8 - 1/2oz heads. I haven’t really thrown traps on it, I don’t fish traps much at all. It was meant for ripping traps out...

Re: 2021 steez ags rods
I ordered the 7’6 MML on a whim. Should be good power finesse rod when looking to cover water with small swimbaits and topwater. Also looks like it will be good with the lighter harder to cast stuff like neko rigs and hair jigs. I plan to try it with 2500 certate and 3000 Exsence but figure the 3000...

Re: Legit Rod on the Way
Glad you bumped this thread, I've been on the fence about adding a spinning or casting model. Two polar opposites - either want a light action spinning rod for 1/4oz and less baits or I was looking at the 7'2 Heavy Plus for swimbaits up to 3-4oz.

mid strolling and small hardbait spinning rod
Looking for a spinning rod that can handle mid-strolling (popular technique in Japan where they fish a small soft plastic and a very light jighead and reel while continuously bouncing the rod tip) and some small hardbaits. I figure I can use it for hair jigs and smaller weightless plastics too. I wa...

Since rods have been so hard to come by this year I jumped on the Expride 7'2 Heavy. I should be out with it later this month and will post some feedback on this thread.

Re: Calling all soft jerk bait fanatics
I got two packs of the Deps Sakamata to try this year, one in the standard and one in the heavy which is supposed to get deeper. It has wings on it to help with the glide and keep it down.
