Re: The new Yamamoto Sanshouo?
They have been out for a while. Sometimes I use a 16th ounce weight and 5/0 tokar hook
Weight has a bobber stopper but not pegged tight. I’ll look for the mention of it. Maybe it wasn’t a review just honorable mention. They hit it hard. I use natural looking colors though. Don’t fish it fast

Re: The new Yamamoto Sanshouo?
I wrote about them when they came out. One of the best bed baits
I have used them weightless as we’ll esp where grass is. IME they will knocked the rod out your hand

Glad you did a review on this stick.. I had looked at it for a second or so but I agree that for that price point much more is expected especially given that there are several other companies competing at that price point with better features. Thanks for the review and saving me some funds.

I am inclined to go a budget route initially: Rod: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Major-Craft-Corzza-Series-Baitcast-Rod-CZC-672-L-BF-5752-/142378678748?epid=1839054240&hash=item21266e39dc:g:uyEAAOSw0hlZEtFG or http://www.ebay.com/itm/Major-Craft-BENKEI-BIC-672L-BF-Light-67-bass-fishing-baitcasting-rod-po...

Re: Looking for a BFS set up
Theres an 09 aldebaran on here for sale for 280, some bearings and a ktf spool should be great..
Ian tuned mines and I like it, I was using kreit football heads with 8lb test and trick worms getting great distance.
Just an idea..

Re: Curado Rods question
They are different blanks and actions than Zodias. The website does not show the intended purposes for each model. I'm trying to have that changed. Zodias are more of all purpose rods, where Curado rods are technique specific. Curado rods do not have Hi Power X construction. Curado rods are built w...
