Which reel for 1/2 Jigs (paddle tails) for ZBONE MH 7'6''
Hi all, bought the new 2019 ZBONE MH 7'6'' for 1/2 Jigs and paddle tails. Love the rod. I had paired it with the Steez SV TW (7.1:1) but I need more speed. Looking to pair it with 12# shooter. Considering: * Steez SV TW 8.1:1 (JDM) + Weight + Ability to throw lighter lures - Line capacity * Steez A ...

Re: 2019 kistler z bones in stock
Received my 2019 ZBONE Power 4 Medium Heavy 7'6'' today. The rod is as light as promised (3.93 oz on my scale). I have put a couple of reels on it for balance check. Re: Daiwa Steez SV 103XSL
I will be doing this comparison in a few days I have a Met 13 XG, Met. MGL XG and a Steezs SV 103XSL both of the Mets have the Brass gear conversion. I have them spooled with the same line so it will be a head to head test. I just bought a Curado K 201XG yesterday and it is going back today! I'm no...

Point Blank 731mhxf The rest is just preference. You already have the blank of the Gods, fish whichever reel and line makes your pants the tightest. Lol! I will play around with my CQ101HG and a Steez SV TWS and see how it feels. In close consideration are also: * Steez SV103XS * Bantam XHG * Aldeb...

Re: Daiwa customer service could not help, maybe you can?
Plat is a good place to get the parts. I've ordered from them before and it has always worked out. I would suggest trying to get it locally first. I don't think Daiwa USA sells those parts separately, probably because 99% of users don't actually open up the spool assembly, instead they sell it as a...

Re: Daiwa customer service could not help, maybe you can?
Did you lose the spool? 19-24 does just not fall off the spool. You can get the parts here. http://www.plat.co.jp/shop/catalog/optionparts/language/en/manufacturers/1/siries/6/page/2 Nope, if I had lost the spool I would have purchased the whole package already ;) Thanks for the link! Unfortunately...

Daiwa customer service could not help, maybe you can?
Hi all, I am dear need for some parts for the spool of my Steez SV TW. I opened my reel on the water, the spool feel out and some parts got lost. Based on the following reel schematic (http://www.daiwa.com/us/service/manuals/image/baitcasting/STEEZSVTW1016SV-H_SH.pdf) I am in need for the parts: 19-...

Re: What is the ultimate 1/2oz Jig combo?
Hmmm... i'll try to play... Rod ... so many rods, so difficult to decide. I can't even remember what I have in my arsenal. It'd likely be something in the NRX or GLX camp... oh wait, no... a heavy powered, new generation Z-Bone with that XRay blank. The one I reviewed (should be published this week...

What is the ultimate 1/2oz Jig combo?
Hi all,
I am wondering what you would consider (price no concern) the ultimate combo for 1/2 oz Jigs. I would like to narrow it down to 'non-custom' combos.
* Rod: ?
* Reel: ?
* Line: ?
Thanks all.
Cheers,
Seb.
