Re: Falcon Rods

G Loomis no foregrip
i have a MBR844 GLX abd was considering having the foregrip removed. i was wondering if anyone has done this and what they have to say about it. i noticed Cal sold one last week and i liked the idea, though i would keep the full cork handle. i have several Kistlers and i almost have trouble fishing ...

Re: Which rod?
just buy something and go fishing, make a decision and go with it. i could sit here and debate whether or not to buy Curado or a Chronarch for months, and that doesnt get me out on the water. if you are buying from BPS, they will return/exchange anything if you arent happy with it, so worst comes to...

Re: Lure weights
just learn how to do it, throwing 1/4 ounce baits on a MedHeavy is certainly not out of the ordinary.

Re: Lure weights
just learn how to throw lighter lures on it. i have a friend who has been known to throw 1/8oz Texas rigs on a 7' H action rod. its not like it cant be done, just get used to doing it......then get a rod meant for lighter stuff later down the road
