The Aero seat design is great - I just wish they made them in larger sizes. They are too small for my hand.

I'll get some pics up by the weekend at latest - I am not sure that it looks good, but it is darn sensitive!

Re: Seeking custom spinning rod handle pics

I recently built a rod on a CF handle, but offset the blank so it rested directly on the wall of the CF handle. I held the rod in place with an epoxied piece of graphite fabric. Perhaps it is subjective, but I find this much more sensitive than a blank placed in the center of a CF tube and held in p...

I have not - you might want to see how easy it is to thread fishing line through such a small guide before wrapping it.

Re: Phenix T-46 available yet??

Vince,

I got the following quote from TT's iCAST coverage - is it correct?

"Phenix's target price range for their new K-2 series rods built from T-46 graphite rod blanks is $209 - $229."

Isn't that around the same price as the T-46 blanks?

Thanks,
Rick

Placement and sizing of guides, choice of reel seat and handle, balancing the rod, placement of reel seat and handle, customizing your rod handle to...
