Re: What are You PUNCHING with?
Ran the NRX916 UBR loved it, decided to try the Curado 7'7H F my past trip in June. Caught dozen's of fish it's softer in backbone but kept fish pegged and was just as sensitive. A tick with the NRX felt not much different with the Curado rod. Punching bites are full on pulling rod from hand or a s...

Re: Poppers that "bloop"
One lure I have not heard anyone mention was the old excalibur pop'n image. THAT was a true work horse and it makes that BLOOP that you seek. they weren't the best looking but they worked and I've even spray painted them black when they got to the point where the finish was peeling. If you can find ...

I say that because for the loooooooooooooooooooogest i have had difficulty at best learning to fish a football jig here in the state of florida. If you are like...

Re: What is the ultimate 1/2oz Jig combo?
1/2 football jigs have been working wonders on my faust / MG7 with floro
Im catching numbers and I am looking forward to getting them deeper fish..
The rod has the sensitivity to detect bites on a very long cast which is needed when using a football jig..

Re: Quantums S3 series baitcasters
Anybody mess with the new S3 series of baitcasters yet? Shimano and daiwa aren't the only people there is also Megabass... :big grin: :big grin: I ha...

Riot Baits Lil Creeper Jig VS. Kietech Football Jig
I've been fishing them both and although the Kietech is tungsten its HOOK is so much smaller than the Lil Creeper. Both are great but the Riot Baits jig is better although the head is bigger so is the hook. If it had a tungsten head it would be 100% perfection.. The Kietech has the better skirt but ...
