Re: What are your go to Brands?
I've recently turned to JDM tackle to fish the lakes near where I live because here in So Cal, most bass have seen everything from worms to GIANT GIANT swimbaits. So, I get lures that no one else is using and use it. So far the results are magnificent. Sometimes, the bass just can't get enough of a ...

Re: Are there any Scented sprays or gels that work on plasti
I think most will work but JJ's Magic is the one I use most often. It's a dip that somehow seems to soak into the bait. X2 if you're looking for the BEST garlic scented scent out there, then JJ's magic is the one for you. The manufacturer even warns you NOT to open it inside your home. And if you d...

Shoutout to Abu Garcia Customer Service
I would like to send this out to the folks at Abu Garcia. I had a revo premier that would not re-engage once I engage the reel after a cast. So, I sent out the reel to Abu Garcia. I was hoping that they would charge me as my reel has been used EXTENSIVELY. Well, I got my reel back today and it feels...
Re: So.....
that curado 50E is a real gem. It can be used as finesse and MOST people assume you should use it for finesse. I have a different mindset. I use it for everything from throwing swimbaits to jigs and even finesse fishing especially dropshotting. I've taken the reel inshore fishing for calicos, barrac...

Re: Core100mgfv and Cumara
That is the perfect model. I love the extra fast tapers of these cumaras versus the fast ones. My 6'8" mh xf can handle everything including 1 ounce lures without a problem. The extra fast tip will be able to handle much more than the rating implies on the rod. I tried the same lure on the 6'8" mh f...

Re: Spinning Reel #8 Fluro?
I was looking at the FJ a while back but thought to rule it out because of the weight advantage of the CI4. Do you guys recommend it because of XShip and better balance on the rod with the added weight? How do you think it compares with line management in regards to the fluro? Also does anyone have...

Re: 8-lb Line Line Breaks --What is the best line to avoid t
Your issue seems to come from either the knot you tie, the bird's nests, or the line you have is just plain junk. The third point is that I"m referring to Pline Flouroclear. That line is total junk. I bought like 6 packs of it assuming it was good because I actually liked P-Line's Halo flourocarbon ...

Re: Roboworm colors
i think for your conditions, you need some natural colors. By natural, I mean browns and greens should do fine for you. The colors that everyone else suggested sounds good. My favorite color is Aaron's magic and Bold Bluegill, but there are others.
