Re: Best use for TDZ 105H
I own other Daiwa reels but not a TDZ 105H. If I did, like Chaos, I would provide my opinion/experience so as to help the guy out. Isn't this one of the main purposes of this forum?

Re: Musky Lures
Don't know what kind of water you fish: murky, clear, cold, warm, etc. but you have been given some good advice. Another option you may consider that I've had success on (and tied to Mattman's comments re: the bulrushes) is that I've caught a couple this past couple of weeks using a Booyah 1/2 swimm...

Re: Daiwa listens to its clients!
They do look nice and ill admit it, I love Daiwa. They have listened to me and my reel suggestions/feedback better then any other reel company out there that ive dealt with (which isnt many just the main 2 and two others). Not only do hear you but they actually listen as is evident in the Steez, et...

That settles it. I definitely won't get a Steez. Who wants what everyone else has?skeeterboy77 wrote:Everyone has a steez, but not this reel. Im def thinking about getting one at the end of next month when they come out. It might also make a sweet swimbait reel which im in need of now..

Mhood wrote And with credit cards, I like to hit them while they're hot I get so excited about hitting those credit cards that I even try out fake PayPal sites. Now that's a hot card. As to pitching reels, I agree with Mhood. IMO you can't do much better than a Pixilla, Pixuki, or Conquest 50/...

Re: Using PayPal for JDM tackle
Not my finest moment, that's for sure. I had a good talk with a Security Representative from Trans-Union, a big Credit rating service that my bank told me to contact (among others). The only smart thing I did was not have my bank account connected in any way at all to PayPal. Anyway the rep said she...

Re: Using PayPal for JDM tackle
Well, it was a fraudulent website, a very good one. It was late, I was tired, I didn't read the fine print. Gave them my social security number, my credit card info, etc. Called my bank, cancelled the card, getting a new one. Sent the REAL PayPal the URL for the fraudulent website. The bank is telli...

Re: Using PayPal for JDM tackle
I shut down my email and logged onto the PayPal website. On signing in PayPal redirected me to re-verify my account (as in the original email). Makes you want to go back to using ordinary mail and sending paper checks.

Fishing in the Wind
I've noticed a big increase in hot, sunny, and windy conditions with the wind lasting well into the evening. As of August 1 this year, I changed marinas and now fish in what is basically a low level 20,000 acre shallow, weedy, water bowl where the wind has a very wide sweep. Finesse doesn't work too...

Re: Awful service at Cabelas!!!
When i buy from them they use an American CC clearing house and EMS and it costs me nothing, shipping is reasonable and I have my stuff, from Japan, in 4-5 days with never an issue. Me thinks doing business in Japan is efficient, very efficient. Snidley Yep. I don't shop online anywhere else. Less ...
