Thank you. Any suggestions where I can order one from or what to put in a search engine? Struggling to find the words to search!
Check out the weihai fishing store on Aliexpress. You can choose the color of the washer/collar on the back of the handle too.

Re: Post purple

Got the $58 T3 MX in from bass.co.jp. Stole the purple parts off it for my SS SV105.

Re: More new Tatula models...

I also further explained that the only differences were cosmetic. The "zero difference" was directed towards the functionality and frame of the reel, meaning that it isn't a new model, just minute refinements. This was for the benefit of many people who haven't held both reels and might misundersta...

There are aftermarket long cast spools for the Tatula 150.

Re: New to BFS, Reel that excels at longer casts?

Pixy Airy Red is pretty good as is the Engetsu. The Engetsu actually has a slightly heavier spool than a Scorpion 70 but is shallow so once it gets spinning it does not want to stop. I use mine on a ML Zodias BFS rod with those same baits. I also use my Airy Red on a L powered BFS for those same bak...

While i prefer the older Daiwa's, i find the newer shimanos to be superior compared to older models. Smoother, lower profile and much better braking system.
This. I like the older Shimanos but i like my older Daiwas more.

Re: New Curado 70 mgl K

Pretty sure this reels gonna be the greatest thing since i was born. Curado hasn't excited me since the e7 but i think this 70 mgl is the real deal If you don't mind a less line capacity then check out the 70 based Engetsu too. It's a micro mod Curado 70 with a 105 mm handle and aluminum side plate...

Re: Anyone tried DIY spools? $29-$40 BFS spools!

Won't work with Daiwa knobs. Dunno about Shimano, but the knob shaft does look similar to Shimano shafts. Daiwa and Shimano posts are the same diameter, but Shimano posts are longer. There are some OEM handles floating around out there that have the same diameter posts, but are even shorter than Da...

You tried to fit Daiwa knobs to the handle and they wouldn't fit? The handle came with the Yumeya style metal knobs and you changed them correct?

Gomexus got some really nice knobs. One glow in the dark and the other translucent. Both with titanium coated caps. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001153081560.html?spm=a2g0o.detail.1000060.2.2c3b703fxV9GYi&gps-id=pcDetailBottomMoreThisSeller&scm=1007.13339.169870.0&scm_id=1007.13339.169870.0&scm...

Re: 2020 Fuego CT SV

Ugly half red thing. Maybe the USDM will be less offensive looking. I rather like the satin black paint, black level wind insert, frame milling, red accents and ghosted vector logo of the USDM model.

That mag dial protrusion looks too smooth to be a mag dial to me. No dial means no mag brakes.
