I'm quite happy with my Daiwa/Megabass reels. Nobody I've ever fished with has used Quantum either.

With the red accent and the straight on angle I'll bet it says 7.3:1

If it is the same diameter as a Steez it sounds like a Zillion 1016 is in order.

My biggest turn off from the new kistlers is that fighting butt. If I ever bought one I would have that swapped out.

While it's unfortunate we can't revamp our old trusty Zillions with this spool I have full faith that it will be a performer. Now to buy one of each, this is TT after all.
