i still havent found anywhere that states that the 100D uses ARBs. every other reel that uses them says so in shimanos catalog. and i still thought that ARBs were not sheilded, as the ones in the curado 100D are. i just want to be 100% sure, not trying to argue

i have three old Citica CI200 and they absolutely scream during the cast. distance is good, retreive is good they are just loud. i have taken them apart and cleaned oiled and greased and that helped a little. i know they arent the best reels but i would like to have them fixed, maybe upgraded, so if...

i didnt think that the 100D made use of the ARBs. i thought that was another advantage of the 50MG. the bearings in the curado are not exposed, meaning they arent ARBs right?

yea i own a fuego and my dad has a 100D, even after 1st hand experience its almost a toss up. i just wanted to see what the masses had to say. though now i think i may get a CH50MG. so ive still got some thinkin to do

i have and like the new citicas (2), my dad has two new Curado100D and various older Curados. i also own a Fuego and it has a great braking system, if you get out into heavy wind, you can just click the brake with your thumb and let it fly, i like the shimanos better but for windy situations i reall...
