Need a little clarification. Are these the same reels, with the "domestic" version available only in 6.3.1 and 7.3.1, and the "JDM" version available in the same ratios plus 5.5.1 and 9.1.1: It appears they are. I used the 7.3.1 version last weekend at Clear Lake, via the Tackle Warehouse demo prog...

I have never tried tatula but this low profile frog reel, Pe Special 6.3 has served me more than 5 years with no problem at all :).

Hi Guys, Just to share the newest Ballistic LT that is made in Japan and it is less than USD200. Might be Japan model. Looking at current Daiwa lineup only steez/exist reels are made in japan in spinning. Hi Cndbasshunter, I am wondering as well... but the tackle shop owner told me it is made in Japan...., 100% made in Japan :). Well.... I will get mine in a few days and I will share with you ...

Wirinhar, did you try the HLC1514 in the Ryoga 1520? I consider getting one of those spools mainly just as a spare spool. Hi Dalleinf, I haven't tried yet but all my friends who have 1520CC is using 1514 and i was told it is alot better than the original spool..... So far 1016 is good enough for me...

I was lucky enough to get one last month or 2 months ago (from the last production) and It is just a great round reel imvho.

I will be putting either red RCS1012 or the zillion SV spool.
