Take a look at the Megabass Orochi XX Launcher.

I did before the Launcher was released. It was good for cranking especially if you are not crazy about glass rods for cranking which I am not. I prefer the Launcher these days as I feel it handles them better.

I prefer no foregrip or as little as possible.

I've not seen any issues in that regard.

I don't know about a lot of people but I bought two of these things. Day one the blade broke. Gary is dead on with the Bunker Buster recommendation. It's an absolute pleasure to use with 1,5oz and smaller. I have even played around with it as a frog rod. It's a tad stout for that but around really heavy vegetation I would use it froggin'.
