Can the steez hold up
Hastily bought a steez ex 100 on close out. Original thoughts were to put it on a diablo spec r and use it for chatterbaits and spinnerbaits. 95% 3/8 - 3/4 oz ,chatterbaits with big paddle tail trailers. How will the steez hold up to the constant strain from the chatters? Starting to think a conques...

Re: Shimano Expride EX173MHPF
It's a pretty good rod for Texas rigs . It has a pretty soft tip which surprised me since its labeled as a pitching rod. Well I am sure it would be good for 3/8 jigs in open water it does not seem like it would be good woth jigs in any kind of cover. But I have only fished Texas rigs on it so far
Steez xt
The new xt ml spinning rod is only rated up to 1/4 oz. Is it a true ml or is it like the older svf steez ml?

Maybe my phone was cutting something off or I am just not seeing it, but it appears that G.loomis has taken the nrx and glx rods off their website?

Re: I ain't one to gossip - Jackson Rods!!!
I guess I went the opposite direction than everyone else. I purchased the 7'2" mh bank fishing advantage and the 6'10" heavy jig and worm rod. Very nice well balanced rods. The bank fishing advantage is one cool stick I have been throwing chatter baits and big top waters with it mostly. It's paired ...

Re: Looking for a MH JDM spinning rod
I have a beast hunt and I would say it's a medium and a half power not quite mh. Fantastic rod. I think there is a x4 that is a power heavier than the beast hunt

thoughts on steez ags
I see the new ags rods come with a little guide book of what not to do with the new ags guides. The guides are very rigid with no give at all so most of what the guideline says is common sense. What got me was they don't recommend braided line and say if you use braid to keep the leader less than 1 ...

Re: Nautilus' "little brother"???
I have both the nautilus and the bandersnatch. I would say the bandersnatch is like a nautilus with 6" of tip cut off. I fish everything with it 3/8 jigs, spidergrubs, jerkbaits, chatterbait, spinnerbaits.

Does any one know if I can add bearings to the t3 mx handle or do I need to find another handle?
