I just compared my TDZ103 to my Fuego. Both reels share the same frame but the Tdz has a spacer that is part of the brake assembly that fills the gap due to the smaller dia. spool. Maybe that is the deal with the Sv103.

The SV103 pictured on TT facebook looks like it has a spacer between the spool and the frame. If you look at the SV spools they have a ridge on the side, thats what you're seeing in the picture.
