Thx guys, I do use a set of the wiha screwdrivers but was looking for the specific bit for the actual crew diawa uses it seems to have a pin in the middle to keep the bit centered as to keep itself centered on the screw, was try to get one so I did not have to worry as much about scratching around ...

The Alphas spool diameter is smaller than the Type-R spool which were made for the TDZ. They do not fit . The AI spool's material is thinner and the brake weights are different. i always use grease on the pinion shaft. it is smoother, and somewhat of a sealant keeping water out.

no, you do not want, or need, to polish the inside of the pinion gear on a daiwa. a tight tolerance should be maintained between the i.d. of the pinion gear and the tension/pinion shaft. as well, there is nothing it could possibly do for performance. polish friction points at the spool tips, cam pla...
