Re: Megabass Black Jungle Deep Crank

I like mine it's pretty versitile. I have thrown dt 16's with it pointer 128. 3/8-1/2oz chatterbaits and spinnerbaits up to an ounce. Feels pretty balanced not tip heavy

daiwa t3 mx

Any one have any opinions or experience with the t3 mx? I am looking for a work horse to go on my black jungle slow rolling deep cranking. I like the all black look of the t3 but don't want to buy a dud.

Re: Megabass Destroyer F7-77X (new model.."Record Breaker")

The 7'11" would be a much better choice for Swimbaits. The 7'7" is not so much a flipping stick as it reminds me of a slightly heavier powered Loomis 894 jwr. At least in my hands anyway.

Evergreen rod question

How difficult will it be to find a Heracles Leopard ? I see them on sale on samurai but are sold out. Also is this the rod Brett Hits was throwing chatter baits on?

Re: NRX jig rod?

For the 1/2 oz jig the 894 is perfect. I fish 1/2 -1oz foot ball jigs big chatter baits and paddle tails. I own both the 894 and 873 and prefer the 894

No if any thing its slightly less. To me it feels like the 852 with 2 more inches of tip Its a little softer than the 852 for that reason.

Re: Nrx spinning rod help

The nrx 872 has a little more tip and might be better for weightless worms. Either rod would be a fine choice
