Re: Best place to buy lucky craft pointers?

Paul at baitdomain always my first choice.

Like someone said above, NBS has the best selection and they'll do requests on hard to find colors.

Tacklewarehouse.com

also http://www.backwatersonline.com

Thanks for the post.

From what my buddy (who has both) told me, the "new" GG perch pattern is slightly different than the original. Can anyone confirm this?

Re: Fluorocarbon Showdown

One question: is XPS line still made by Toray?? it was a few years ago but it's hard to find anywhere so I can't check.
Good question. Someone told me a Bass Pro employee said it was the same manufacturer as P-line.

Anyone here have the inside take on this?

Re: G-Loomis High End

I would bet that the majority of the guys here singing the praises of Loomis products have yet to even hold a top end JDM or even dramatically cheaper rods from the likes of Airrus, Shakari, Lamiglass, etc. It is remarkable to witness herd instinct so consistently. On the flip side, the herd instin...

it's still in the 2007 Catalog and speaking of topwater, looks like they're bringing back the S-popper.

Re: NEW G. Loomis Swimbait Rods

they're probably going to use the existing blank from the Salmon series and change a few things. Some guys are already using the Loomis Salmon rods for fishing swimbaits.

Re: Are you kidding me $72.00 for a one ten (extremelures)

They all seem to be leveling around 70-80 bucks now on ebay.

I dumped most of mine during the holidays for 90-100 each. Guys down south just loves them, I fish mostly clear water lakes and I can't catch squat with it. I guess I have to rub them like the way Dave J does with all his MB lures. :D

Show 7 Angling Extremes

Fast-paced summer slashbait action for hot-blooded smallmouth bass. Plus big baits at a slow pace for monster walleyes in fall.

It should still be on this week...

Anyone see the Shimano reel used on Lindner's Angling Edge?

This weeks episode, 2nd segment, Al was using a "experimental" Shimano reel with no name. The body looked like a Stella/Twinpower type but the spool did look a little wider? Anyone see that or care to take a guess?

Re: Megabass 110 for 158!

That Ozark shad 2 colour would be deadly for Steelhead and Salmon in Lake Ontario Dale painted that pattern for me last year and it's a nice looking bait. Got it in mid December so I didn't get a chance to throw it yet. I also told him I didn't want that yellow stripe on it. btw, the turnaround as ...

Re: Megabass 110 for 158!

There is no reason why you can't send your $26 110 and have Dale paint it to the color your want. He's painting a pointer 100 for me now for $15. You may have to wait 2 months to get it back though...
