Looks fantastic. I'm fine with the color. Disappointed it's not green, but as long as it's not some wonky two-tone. Oh, and as long as it performs as well as I'm assuming it will... SOLD! I'd prefer it be $180, but I guess we shall see.

Performance-wise, is the Metanium a lot better than the Chronarch CI4+? I picked up a Chronarch and love it, so now I'm curious about the Metanium.

Metanium XG, seems pretty clear. But I think he did say reelS, plural. I'm hoping they offer a 50 sized reel in a higher gear ratio than the Chronarch. Actually, a Chronarch 50e with that option would be great. Anything above that price level is out of my range.

Bantam1 already said they're not updating the Curado line. I don't think they're as unpopular as many internet forum readers may think. I have two and they are great reels.
