I just picked up a pretty nice budget JDM BFS rod. Daiwa Bass X 682LB. Not much info on here about it but for the price I couldn't pass it up. I paired it with an Alphas SV with DIY spool.

A 5x11x4 bearing won't fit on the SS SV spool. The spool shaft is 3mm on SV spools. A 3x10x4 bearing is a very common size so there shouldn't be any issues finding a new or upgraded one.
