This is really hard to answer. My current BFS reels are an Airy Red Pixy, PX type R, Revo LTZ, Chronarch 50e with Yumeya shallow spool, Zonda Rosso with Presso spool, and a T3 Air. I use St. Croix Avid casting 6'2" M/XF. I prefer shorter rod, if you like longer the same thing in 6'8" is the way to go!
