The Vigore C71H arrived on Wednesday but I just got my dirty fingers on this bad boy. So first things first to answer the main question everyone was asking about the l...

Re: Daiwa LP Reel Bearings Knocking?

Not sure, but you might want to check how tight your spool tension knob is. My buddy had a similar issue when switching to Daiwa and he was using that knob instead/ more than using the breaks to slow the spool down. And you could feel a little knock turning the handle. Daiwa bearings are pretty dece...

Re: DRT baits ?

Just an FYI...The new Fish Arrow 20th anniversary X DRT Riser Jack is available at TW now. I grabbed a bunch for myself already. They’re out of stock at most other retailers in the US and Japan.

Re: Making Conquests Lighter

Dude! That is the most frantically paced jerk bait retrieve I’ve ever seen. It looks like if you aren’t paying attention a good red could rip the rod right away from you. Looks like a lot of fun, but draining. I can see why you changed your guides and lightened your rod. Good stuff! Still love my c...

Re: Best buzzbait

Cant go wrong with D&M buzzbaits. You must be from Northern California... 👊 D&M baits are underrated. Update: So I’ve had these rods on the water with all the changes for over a year now, and all I can say is WOW. Every time I use them, they put a smile on my face :big grin: They have held up great, no issues with the cork edges chipping and of course the guides are still perfect. Landed several fi...
