Re: Cranking at a Higher Level, the New G.Loomis GLX

Question on the handle length - is the 13.5" measurement from the butt to the reel seat, or does it include the reel seat? It seems long for a 6'6" rod...and the review noted the handle was short.

Excellent review! =D>

Re: From Coast to Coast with the 13 Fishing Omen OBC73M

If I was outfitting for a tourney with sticks to abuse, these rods with BPS Carbonlites would be a very good way to get it done on the cheap without sacrificing much performance.

Very fun article to read. Can't believe that Megabass' demonic powers slayed Evergreen's valor!

Re: What the Finesse No Trigger? Evergreen's Stingray 66

Who casts finesse presentations two-handed?! I only ever put the second hand on when I'm looking for max distance. The lack of a trigger would be quite off putting. I always have the back hand on the rod when casting. Why? "Pendulum flick" - I don't know how else to term/define it. Yup! M...

Triggerless seats are pretty cool..but I'd only use them for finesse sticks. :big grin:
