My hand is constantly in palming position. Don't need to move it to cast.
I use both sided reels. Never change from palming position, no matter which side handle is.

Tried bit shorter NRX (803JWRS) and blank was awesome, but too short and rod was made like 5 year old kids has wrapped it

Trying to find blank which is as near as possible similar with NRX. I've drooled NF MB 705 HM, but its freaking expensive just for test..

Got HM-MB753XF-MHX today. I'm very impressed, how fast it is.
Can't tell yet, how sensitive it is, but i think this is very nice jig/plastic blank for zander.
Much faster than my own HM-MB843-MHX. Blank weigths 55g.

Got this line for testing. 20lbs lime green is supper! Bushido braid is stiffer than Daiwa of Sufix. Feels more slick than J-Braid or Sufix pro 8. Doesnt bleed as much as J does. Very quiet and braiding seems to be very thick. Also it spools very nicely after light lure casts.

How big do the perch get where you're at? For us it's about 2lbs on the highend.
