broken g loomis rod, how to fix?
hey, i just broke one of my g loomis spinning rods, and i was wondering the approximate cost to fix this thing. i know g loomis offers a lifetime warranty, and you have to ship it in with $20 and stuff.... so how much do u think g loomis will charge for a broken tip... well it broke between the top ...

ummm... try a zara spook, or what i like to use, a super spook. cast out on top of the boils, or w/e they are, and then leave for 3 or so seconds, if nuthing, then start walking-the-dog with it. use colors with a white bottom and ur set. i love fishing topwater when schools of white bass come out to...

add another $11.55 for a second-rod stamp!$13 bucks? Try $37.70 for an annual license in california. Add another $5.80 to fish the cal delta and SF bay.

looking to get baitcasters (not too expensive though)
up until now, i've been a spinning guy... but spinning tackle just won't cut it for me so i'm looking for some good low profile baitcasting reels that won't be that expensive... maybe i'll get two, one for swimbaits, and the other for cranks, jerkbaits, and plastics. please give suggestions... Thank...

Re: LC Pointer 78, Lure Savers, Strange Experience
well, i don't know about you, but lure savers work great for me. i caught a 10.11 lb lmb (PB) the other day with a pointer 100 dd equiped w/ lure savers (12 lb) and no hooks came off... although i did lose a pointer... threw it 30 yards out and the line snapped, though it would float, but i remember...

fishing line?
i'd like to fill my baitcaster with some new 12lb line and i was just wondering what line should i use? i'm probably gonna use mono. i'm thinking of cajun line... anyone used cajun line (the red line)? i'm using it for all uses: spinnerbaiting, jerkbaiting, cranking, and even throwing some plastics.
