Re: ALPHAS ITO 103L AI HANDLE SIDE PLATE QUESTION
Resurrecting an old one here.... I have an Ito ai that the magnetic retainer cup posts broke as described above. When I tried removing the sideplate, the cup rotated and the teeth that hold the plate on were misalligned and stuck under the frame clips. I had to pry the sideplate off and the cup came...

Re: Major Craft and PX68R combo- action shot!
Nope, those are the stockers from a farm in Nebraska. I'm in So Cal so we don't have any holdovers. Even now the water is only 58 degrees. If you throw powerbait it is easy work to limit out. I only trow artificials so it can be a challenge to get the bite. Took a 5 pounder today on a snap bean. I'v...

Re: Major Craft and PX68R combo- action shot!
You are all welcome. I thought I would make my first post a fun one. As for theVolkey rod, the only problem I have with it is no hook keeper. Gotta get a fuji clip on one soon.
Went out again yesterday and got another one just at 4 pounds.

Major Craft and PX68R combo- action shot!
I recently acquired a PX68 type R and have been blown away with how much fun you can have. I was tossing small cranks and then decided to throw a small spoon for the stock trout. At the time all I had was a 7' Falcon bucoo micro. It worked but I wanted to really have some fun. Little stocker on a 1/...

Re: Daiwa t3 Ballistic
I picked one up because the price was too good to pass up. The xs model really is a step up with the upgraded handle and metal lip protector to prevent any of the line cut issues on previous models. It is smooth to reel and feels solid. I wish I could enjoy to fish it as much as I enjoy admiring it ...

Re: Phenix M-1 Spinning Rod
I have had the rod for about a month and fished it pretty hard so far. Here are my thoughts: Sensitivity: Very sensitive, I have actually been swinging on false bumps a lot. It is SO crisp, I am having issues differentiating weed/bottom/structure VS bites. I am sure I will get the feel in the next f...

GREAT fish my friend! Brown trout are my favorite fish, and those were gorgeous. I have to ask, where are you fishing? I would kill for some brown trout action like that. Thank you
