Re: small jerkbaits

Thanks guys. I have some of the spazz jerkbaits and a bunch of pointer 78's. Im looking for something a little smaller, like 2.5-3 inches. Im going to order some of the smaller pointers off ebay and also check out the sites mentioned above. Ebay is where ive been getting the older pins minnows and c...

Re: Winter Jerkbait Fishing

I fish jerkbaits year round, but then again lakes rarely freeze where i live. As a general rule the colder the water the softer i jerk the bait and the longer i pause, but it always pays to experiment. Ive caught fish in january fishing it fast at times

small jerkbaits

My 2 favorite small jerkbaits are the owner cultiva 65 and the older yo zuri pins minnow in the older discontinued color patterns. Im getting really low on my supply and ive had a hard time finding more. I thought id ask the experts here on tt if they have any experience with any other small suspend...

Re: Cabelas (Daiwa) Verano...

Its the same as the daiwa ballistic they just changed from. I believe it also has an extra bearing or two over the daiwa version. I havent used this particular reel but ive had great luck with all the cabelas branded daiwas ive owned

Re: Anybody make any regretful purchases?

Ive had it since last thanksgiving and have used it twice because its :crying: so uncomfortable. Id like to sell it to cut...

Re: tatula vs crucial..... which one would you choose

I would choose the tatula out of the two. I own both and it feels lighter, less tip heavy, and sensitivity is about the same imho. The crucial has a better warranty but the tat feels better in my hand

Re: SHOW YOUR TATULA!!! (Please...)

I thought this thread was about tatula mods. My type r is stock and im planning out mods now. My only question is why did ppl start posting about grooving issues? Ive read about this on several forums but no one.has ever sent their reel to daiwa. They call it a piece of junk but never say they sent ...

You might try the river 2 sea bottom walker. Its supposed to be a fast sink swimbait for slow rolling near the bottom. Not sure on exact ROF though
