Re: Enough with the tackle. LETS SEE SOME FISH!
Trifecta action today on the new River Runner. http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l153/sqhertz/Mobile%20Uploads/IMG_20170501_152341_773_zpsgnjidgoy.jpg http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l153/sqhertz/Mobile%20Uploads/20170501_114009_zps7dpkvhmr.jpg http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l153/sqhertz/Mobile...

Re: Phenix Elixir
 I didn't notice the price difference for that length though I'm not opposed to shorter rods. I really liked the new style river runner I had but that bar code they put on the blank really killed it for me. Did you have the split or full grip elixir and how did it balance with the reel you had ...

Phenix Elixir
Does anyone have experience with the Phenix elixir rods? They look great on the web but no one down here has them in shop. How do they compare to the Fenwick river runner?
I'm looking for a 6'6 to 7' UL/F for jigs and hardbaits up to 1/8 or 3/16.

Phenix Elixir
I'm looking at the elixir and really like the cosmetics but have no experience with them and can find any locally. Does anyone have experience with these rods? I'm between that and the Fenwick river runner for throwing small jigs and cranks up to 1/8 and maybe 3/16 tops. It'll be paired with a strad...

Re: Fenwick
Awesome they took care of you without hassle. I'm like clicks away from ordering another Ul and again kept coming back to the RR or something else. Reading your post definitely put Fenwick up front.

They're an absolute blast on light tackle. I posted more pics of these guys a couple pages back.

Re: 13 fishing ambition/kids rods
We went out for a few the other day but the rain made it a short trip. I got to take it out today myself with my casting rod and couldn't get the fish to take what I brought for the ambition. However... It casts weights within its rated range well. Sensitivity is great for a $30 rod but it is still ...

Sweet ride. That style seat looks much more comfortable than the other type.
I'm still in the convincing my wife I need a kayak stage. She's not buying it though.
