I've used both and I definitely prefer the Netbait worms. I like the colors more and they are definitely stinkier. I don't find the zoom's to be salty enough, while the Netbait's have salt, anise and pork fat. May not make a difference, but in my mind it does. Confidence is everything in fishing and...

Fishing in New Jersey, water is cold but ice is all gone. Netbait, Netbait, Netbait. I have tried zoom and I didn't like it at all. Didn't seem very salty. Yes, I taste my plastics sometimes to check saltiness... Netbait has salt, anise and pork fat. Can't beat that as natural attractants. Plus, they make the best craw trailer in the business in my opinion...

I like VMC hooks personally and replace all my crankbait hooks with VMC hooks. I also have used the VMC barbarian hooks and big fan of those.
