Fury is soild tip and harrier is tubular tip. Fury fishes more close to MH than H, up to 1 1/2oz is too generous imo.. i haven't fished the new harrier 610, i remember t namiki saying in daiwa promo video that harrier 610 fishes close to XH, it's a pitching rod with fast to slow taper.

I had the older one, 661mfb-sv, it was a weak Medium, fast to slow taper which was considered baitfinesss back then. Sounds like the new werewolf power plus has been bumped close to true Medium like machine gun cast type 1.5. I'm sure it will make a nice close qtr all around stick.
