Everyone says they're always good at responding. I was surprised to get no response 6 times. No sign of anything in my spam folder. Surely their spam folder wouldn't bin gmail addresses?

Does anyone know whether it's possible to get an Avail spool, or something similar, for my ABU Morrum SX3601C high speed (the one with the two fibre brake blocks, not the mag versions or the fancy centrifugal system)? I've tried emailing Japan Tackle six times but they have never responded.
