Really sucks. They were amazing with the lifetime. Denied my first claim since changing their policy on my first time using a new compre and I broke it while casting...They used to send me a new rod when I slammed the tip in my car door...Now they find any reason to not honor it.

Won't have a better warranty and won't bring them to North America to compete against Gloomis rods...Warranty won't be serviced in North America on rods products you get from Japan.
