Frog perfection

Post by goldrod »

This is a late post and actually I didn’t find out til late about this frog.
I’ve tried many different frogs but when it comes to calling a frog perfect or any bait for that matter that’s something I find hard to do.
However if there’s one it’s the perfect frog.
It sits great in the water , the hooks hook up without any adjustments with pliers, no issues walking it or water. I can’t imagine asking for more

Maybe I'm tired or something, which frog are you referring to?

there's a brand of frog called "The Perfect Frog".

I've used them..good hooks, but found the plastic a bit firmer than the Spro Bronzeye frog.

Snag Proof Bobby Barracks Perfect Frog

It’s been good to me and I like spro jackall and the rest I just think this one is far superior in every way. Just MHO

Barrack is a badass. I need to get my hands on his new Frog rod in the Irod Quercus lineup!

Not a problem definitely not that frog. Lol. . I’m glad to know that as well something that I will avoid
Snag proof BBPF is definitely better imho than all of the frogs that I’ve used and ive not used everyone on the market but I’ve used a good bit and that range is from the least to most popular.

I wasn’t expecting much but after watching some videos I decided to give one a shot now I have a few on the shelves

The frog you posted looks like a cross between the live target and a pad crusher.

I still haven't found a hollow body frog I like better than the Reaction Innovations Swamp Donkey. The Megabass Big Gabot has its place for sure, but if I'm throwing a hollow body, my confidence bait is the SD! Good to have options for sure!

The Swamp Donkey colors are good. There are a lot of guys out west that throw it. I've been throwing the bigger Bully Wa 2 a lot lately. I would imagine that you guys throw a lot of heavier frogs for the matts where you are.
