Every single time. One of the creeks I like to fish down my way attracts a lot of fly fishermen for the opener. I've been told "you aren't going to find any bass". I'm here for trout brother, just like you.

Hahaha....same here. When I start slinging a Spearhead Ryuki into places they only dream of casting worms or spinners using a M powered spinning setup with 10lb mono

Old thread, but I feel like a longer rod would be better. Swing tiny Cleos or other spoons in riffles and tailouts. Longer rods would be more forgiving in a fight and might offer better presentations.
