I've had my Nikon D70 Digital SLR for just a couple of weeks and haven't ventured too far from fully automatic mode.  I'm trying to get my son, who has taken many photo classes, to help me out.

I've purchased a 60mm nikkor macro lens in addition to the 18-70mm nikkor lens I received in the kit.  Besides a camera bag, one of the first things I bought was a 1 GB SanDisk UltraII compact flash card.

Now to find a picture hosting place to upload my photos...

Interesting, that was probably one of his quick-fix type of deals that
worked out great. I'll have to give that a try sometime.
RR, now you're going to be spending a lot of time on dpreview's forums.

Oh geez. Let's not go there. I have spent my time in Dpreview. Nice camera RR. I am looking into the Sony F828 even though I am a Canon fan myself. I get a killer deal on that SONY!! WOOHOO
